Return Policy:
Recordings: All recordings are guaranteed for 5 years against defects and may be returned for replacement in that time. Please contact us if you ever have any problem with the quality of any of our recordings.
Other Products: (MP3 Players, audio accessories, etc) All non-recording products are returnable within 30 days for any reason. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sent out. Some items may be warranteed by Aurora Recording for a longer period (please see individual descriptions for details). Shipping damage claims must be filed with the shipper.
